Swim bladders are sourced from coastal landings in the Bay of Bengal.
Intact, well-formed maws are selected and damaged pieces removed.
Each maw is cleaned to remove residue while preserving shape.
Maws are trimmed and prepared for even drying.
Maws are dried to a controlled moisture level.
Dried maws are sorted by species, size and appearance.
Lots are graded using a clear standard of size, thickness and color.
Graded product is vacuum-packed into labeled export cartons.
Orders are checked, documented and shipped via Chattogram Port.
