Quality
We control quality through sourcing, selection, processing and grading — and we document it in every lot so buyers can check it themselves.
Fish maw is sourced from coastal landings around Chattogram in the Bay of Bengal. Supply follows fishing seasons.
Only intact, well-formed maws are selected. Damaged or uneven pieces are removed before processing.
Each maw is cleaned carefully to remove residue while preserving shape and thickness.
Cleaned maws are dried to a controlled moisture level for stable storage and good rehydration.
Dried maws are sorted by species, size and appearance into consistent lots.
Lots are graded by size, thickness, color, dryness and uniformity using a clear standard.
Graded lots are stored in clean, dry conditions to protect quality before export.
Product is vacuum-packed and placed in export cartons with clear lot labeling.
Orders are checked against the confirmed specification before loading.
