Export Carton Packaging Standards: Multi-Layer Barrier Bags & Desiccant Protocols
Engineering specifications for overseas shipping boxes: moisture barrier materials (PA/PE), silica gel calculations, corrugated crush tests (ECT/BCT), and pallet wrapping.
Multi-layer barrier bag engineering (PA/PE co-extrusion)
We package wholesale lots in 120-micron food-grade Polyamide/Polyethylene (PA/PE) barrier pouches. This film provides ultra-low oxygen transmission (<15 cc/m²/24hr) and near-zero water vapor ingress.
Scientific desiccant ratios per master carton
Every 20kg master carton contains 4x 50g non-toxic Tyvek-wrapped silica gel packs, absorbing any residual moisture released by natural environmental temperature cycling in transit.
5-ply corrugated carton crush strength (ECT 48 / BCT 1200kg)
Outer shipping boxes utilize heavy-duty BC-flute double-wall corrugated board engineered with an Edge Crush Test (ECT) of 48 lbs/in and box compression strength exceeding 1,200 kg to prevent carton collapse in ocean containers.
Palletization, corner boards, and stretch hooding
Cartons are stacked onto heat-treated ISPM-15 export pallets, reinforced with 4mm solid pulp corner protectors, strapped with four polyester bands, and wrapped with 23-micron stretch film for total weather sealing.
